I could never get rid of the extra weight in the area of my belly. I didn't know what to do about it. I had gone through menopause and I thought that I couldn't lose any more weight. Till I spoke with Irma from From head to Food. She helped me to change my mindset.
Well, she tells me that I did it all myself! ;-).
I live the Mediterranean life: I eat mostly homemade healthy food with lots of veggies, extra virgin olive oil, fresh tomatoes and fruits. I hardly ever drink more than one glass of wine per day, if at all. I drink a lot of water and love green tea. I do my yoga exercises almost every day. Since I improved my habits, I feel much fitter and I no longer have trouble with having bowel movements. All thanks to the better diet and more exercise. I love to walk in the area around the village I live in, through beautiful olive groves and old traditional villages. Yoga and walking in nature are really my thing. This is me. I do me and you do you. Find what in life is most important to you and you too will find your motivation to live a healthier life!
