Let me introduce myself

My name is Irma Hartman Maniadaki. I am a nutritionist and working mother of four.  In my late forties I decided it was time to change my life. Again.

With a length of 5 foot 8 (172 cm) and a weight of 217 lbs (97,6 kg) , I had a BMI over 33, which is obese.

I wanted to lose weight and I wanted to learn the best way to do so. At the age of 47 I went back to university (Hogeschool NTI in Leiden, Netherlands) to get a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics!

Other big life-changing events for me were immigrating from the Netherlands to Greece, at the age of 27. And of course the birth of our four children in 2000, 2001, 2006 and 2008.

In 2020 I found out that a more minimal way of living helps me to achieve my goals for healthy living.

As no other I understand the difficulties we face in our attempts to achieve a healthy lifestyle. I want to share my knowledge and experience with you, because I want you to succeed in improving your health too.

In a simple, honest and realistic way with respect to difficult financial situations, busy family life and demanding careers.
